Monkey Gland Sauce


2 Large Onions

3 Sliced Cloves Garlic

2 Table Spoon Butter 30 g

 

Then Add  

1 Cup Chicken Stock

1 Tea Spoon Mustard Powder,

2 Table Spoon Worcestershire Sauce,

5 Tablespoon red Wine,

2 Teaspoons Light Soy Sauce,

1/2 Cup Tomato Ketchup (All Gold)

1/2 Cup Fruit Chutney (Mrs Balls),

1 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1 tablespoons vinegar

 

Then Simmer for 30minutes or more.

Can be stored in the fridge for two weeks and in the freezer for four months.
